Online Nikah Service for UAE

In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), online Nikah (or "e-Nikah") is not legally recognized. According to the UAE's Federal Law No. 28 of 2005 regarding Personal Status, a marriage must be conducted in person and in the presence of at least two male witnesses, or one male and two female witnesses.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing, the UAE government has temporarily allowed remote marriage ceremonies to be conducted through video conferencing. The ceremony must be conducted by a UAE-approved official here and the couple must still meet all legal requirements for marriage, such as obtaining a marriage license and submitting necessary documents.

It is important to note that the online Nikah, although allowed temporarily, it is still not legally binding and the couple need to have an official ceremony later on.
